Serving time takes approximately I hour. Keep in mind that we will be arriving 1 1/2  hours before serving time. We provide everything needed to cook and serve including:
  • The fire and all the cookware
  • The buffet table
  • The paper goods and plastic and and cups
  • The condiments
  • Buffet service. Prices include 3 hours of service.
  • We even take out the trash!

We do require a running water supply.

Book the event as soon as possible to secure your preferred date with a 25% deposit and signed contract.

Seven days prior to the event, you'll need to provide us with:

  • The guaranteed final head count
  • Any additional a la carte selections
  • The time you would like to be served. This should be as accurate as possible, as three hours of service is included in prices quoted, and starts when we arrive on site. Any service over 3 hours will be billed at $25.00 per server per hour and $55.00 per hour per chef. With the exception of our buffet tables, we do not set up tables or chairs unless specifically arranged for at our hourly rate of $25.00 per staff person per hour.
The remaining balance will be payable at the conclusion of the event. An 18% service fee will be added to the final bill, along with a 5% state tax.

RENTALS: We will be happy to coordinate rentals for a fee of 10% of the rental total. An itemized bill will be provided directly from the rental company.

Chris can be found on Pier 6 every morning, searching out the finest of the daily catch right off the boats as they come in. Whenever possible, we try to use Sable Island lobsters, as we regard them as superior. During the high season, we use locally grown organic vegetables whenever possible. All the food used for our catering is prepared on site at our highly acclaimed seafood restaurant and market, where our chef is Serve-Safe certified.
